The SentinelPro is a high-performance dynamic image analyzer designed for applications where particle shape is just as important as particle size. It captures high-speed images of individual particles in motion, allowing for precise analysis of shape attributes like circularity, aspect ratio, convexity, and surface smoothness. It is ideal for research and industrial environments, offering over 30 shape parameters, real-time imaging, and pass/fail classification for quality control. The system supports automatic recirculating sample handling, live image capture, and remote data access via mobile integration.
Dynamic Imaging with Real-Time Shape Analysis
SentinelPro uses a high-speed Xeon strobe and a 5 MP digital camera to capture particle images at up to 127 frames per second. Unlike static analyzers, it provides 3D random orientation views, enhancing accuracy in measuring shape features like symmetry and aspect ratio.
Over 30 Measured Shape Parameters
Measures critical shape metrics including circularity, ellipticity, opacity, smoothness, fiber length, polygon order, convexity, and many more—making it ideal for analyzing powders, slurries, and mixed materials.
High Resolution & Real-Time Imaging
Offers high-speed, high-resolution live imaging. Captured particles are displayed as grayscale and binary thumbnails for each analysis, allowing for immediate visual verification and export.
Automated Recirculating Sample Handling
The system includes an internal peristaltic pump with chemically resistant tubing for automatic sample movement and efficient fluid cycling—ideal for viscous or sensitive samples.
Integrated Smartphone App
Features a mobile companion app for real-time secure cloud-based data transfer. Users can view results, perform additional analysis, and access images remotely.
Pass/Fail Process Monitoring & Quality Control
Supports shape-based pass/fail logic and real-time statistical process control (SPC), making it perfect for both R&D and production-line environments. Fully compliant with standards like ISO 4406, NAS 1638, and USP <788>.
Module Integration with Existing Size Analyzers
Available as a stand-alone or add-on module for laser diffraction or light scattering systems, enabling shape analysis without modifying current size workflows.
