MS – MultiScan dispersion stability analysis system
Part Number:
MS
The MultiScan MS 20 is an advanced optical analyzer designed for automatic, time- and temperature-dependent stability and aging analysis of liquid dispersions—such as suspensions and emulsions. Featuring a central base unit and up to six temperature-controlled ScanTowers, the system tracks sample destabilization mechanisms like sedimentation, creaming, and particle aggregation using light-transmission profiles. With touchscreen operation and barcode support, it’s ideal for monitoring product consistency, formulation optimization, and quality control.
Automated Multi-Sample, Multi-Temperature Analysis
Supports up to six sample cells with individual temperature control from –10 °C to 80 °C, enabling parallel testing of product stability under varied conditions.
Barcode-Guided Sample Tracking & Easy Control
Built-in barcode scanner and integrated touchscreen simplify sample registration, experiment setup, and data review, making workflows faster and more reliable.
Full Thermal Profiling
Equipped with electric heating and liquid cooling, letting users monitor destabilization over time or during thermal ramps—including freeze-thaw cycles.
Intuitive MSC Analytics Software
User-friendly interface provides real-time transmission profiling, destabilization indices, sedimentation/creaming speed calculations, and report export.
Highly Modular & Future-Proof Design
Easily scalable system—just add or remove towers as needed; fully compatible with optional extras like extended temperature ranges or stirring accessories.
