E3 Esaport
Part #:
E3
The E3 Esaport is a compact, field-ready spark/arc optical emission spectrometer (OES) designed for on-site elemental analysis of metal alloys. Featuring a rugged argon-purged pistol probe with both spark and arc excitation modes, it delivers laboratory-level accuracy for alloy sorting, Positive Material Identification (PMI), and quality control in production, warehousing, and field environments. The Esaport includes an alkaline one-touch touchscreen PC integrated into the body, optional battery power for roughly 2 hours of runtime, and a trolley accessory for enhanced portability.
EOS® Touchscreen Interface
Embedded Intel NUC with EOS® software for alloy library selection (UNI, ASTM, DIN), automatic standardization, remote access, and certificate generation.
Field Use with Lab Accuracy
Combines spark and arc modes for precise alloy testing, rivaling lab-grade instruments.
Multi-Matrix Alloy Analysis
Suitable for ferrous (Fe) and non-ferrous alloys (Al, Cu, Ni, Ti), including light-element detection (C, Si, Mg).
Optional Battery & Trolley
Supports up to ~2 hours of field operation on battery, with a convenient travel trolley.
Durable Spark/Arc Probe
Argon-purged, robust design with both tungsten (spark) and copper (arc) electrodes for maximum versatility.
